Reservations are made through our office between the hours of 9a - 2p on weekdays. Payments accepted are cash, check, credit card (except American Express).

Security Deposits are required for all indoor facilities and can be made with a check or with a credit card authorization form. This payment form is shredded and not processed as long as there is no damage to our facilities, and facility was returned to its proper order.

In order to reserve a room on our calendar, full rental payment and security deposit is due at the time of the reservation. We cannot hold facilities for future payment.

Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. Appropriate forms can be filled out and emailed (hharalson@cityofpearl.com) (*email preferred), or brought the the office between the hours of 9a - 2p on weekdays. Payment can be made using the 
credit card authorization form if your requested date is available.
